Returns & refunds
Dry goods and livestock are handled differently, for obvious welfare reasons.
Products & dry goods
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact us first so we can issue return instructions and note it against your order. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours with photographs. We'll cover return costs and either replace the item or refund it.
Livestock
Live fish cannot be returned once they have entered your system — the biosecurity risk to our other stock is too high. Arrival issues are covered by our DOA / live fish policy instead.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Timings depend on your bank or card provider.
