Orders

An order is accepted once we confirm it and payment has cleared. Availability, size bands and prices are taken from our stock system at the moment of ordering and may change beforehand.

Livestock

Living animals vary in size, colour and pattern within a size band. Photographs marked as representative show the species and grade rather than the individual fish you'll receive.

Dispatch

We may delay dispatch on welfare grounds, including unsuitable weather or courier disruption. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Pricing

Prices are as displayed at checkout. If an obvious pricing error occurs we will contact you before proceeding rather than fulfilling the order.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
